Role of the Initiative: Photographers for a Cause is a non-profit matchmaking platform. It does not employ, guarantee, or formally vouch for the professional performance, character, background, or health status of the community members. The selection and final agreement with a photographer are at the sole discretion and risk of the NGO.
On-Field Management & Safety: The partner NGO is entirely responsible for providing a secure working environment, obtaining any necessary local permits or permissions, and directly negotiating the specific terms of the assignment and the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the photographer.
Release of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Photographers for a Cause, its founder, or its team be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, breach of contract by the photographer, copyright or intellectual property disputes, injuries, or losses resulting from field assignments or any interactions initiated through this community website.
